Lately, my feeds are full of headlines about Tom Brady’s endorsement of therapy. He says he’s been in therapy for the last 25 years. I mean, if Tom does it, shouldn’t we all?
Almost every article I read about relationship problems has “Go see a therapist” written in it somewhere as the solution.
Have you ever noticed that I have never once, in any of my posts about relationship problems, written “Go see a therapist” as a solution?
Don’t get me wrong. I wholeheartedly believe that seeing a therapist can have great value.
But.
Should we run to a mental health professional every time we have problems in our lives?
