Hahah! Bill, I'm laughing my butt off because you are quite rightly calling me out on a physiological inaccuracy. I majored in biology and studied physiology, so I recognize it's not correct to say there is a 'need to drain some testosterone'. This is where trying to write creatively trumped physiological precision. Ach well. Hopefully, other readers understood the intended meaning, that hormones and other physiological processes can influence the desire to have sex, but that the physical act of sex does not meet the psychological need for love/belongingness. But naturally, it's quite ok if my imprecise writing prompted you to stop reading.
