Oh no! I hoped the feeling one would get when reading this sort of piece is relief to finally learn one or two reasons that's causing things to go awry. "Ah, maybe that's why I've been struggling in this area. I didn't realize! Mystery solved!" Then maybe they'd feel reinvigorated because they'd now have an idea of something to work on if they found something applicable--'knowledge is power'. For this piece, I was fascinated to hear some women I know over in one corner lamenting these things, and then recognizing that some men may never be privy to this info. I thought, "I'll be the one to relay this info to guys. I'll give them the inside scoop that might help them!" Taken in that spirit of learning, I'd so wish you'd experience a little bit less dread of reading this sort of piece...because I'd dread anything I write making you feel worried:( Actually, you've just given me an idea. Maybe I need to write more about what people are doing well in this whole dating/relationship arena instead of what some people don't like in dating:) Hmmm...

And hey: You probably rock those cargo shorts. Maybe women should appreciate all those pockets so you can carry their stuff for them;)
