Hello, MJ--

Looking over those numbers and seeing that some said the reason they wouldn't marry their live-in partner was because they didn't think the person was 'right' for marriage...oh man. I just felt for the person who may not know that that was how their partner felt.

I hadn't heard of G.K. Chesterton before, so I just went and read some of his quotes and, wow, they are pretty good!

“The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.”

“Without education, we are in a horrible and deadly danger of taking educated people seriously.”

This one particularly resonated with me today: “The way to love anything is to realize that it may be lost.” Makes me wonder if that inspired the lyrics for Meghan Trainor's song: "I'm gonna love you like I'm gonna lose you".
