How to Pick “Good” Men in Online Dating
A system for sifting through messages and profiles
Recently, I wrote about my superpower: The ability to choose good men from online dating platforms.
My evidence: In 14 years of online dating, I haven’t had any super-terrible dating experiences (though some have been comical), and not a single guy I have met via online dating has sent me a dick pic.
To be fair, a guy who doesn’t send dick pics isn’t necessarily a good guy, but still, it’s a start.
As I promised in that article, I’ve now written out the details of the system I used over the years to pick men from online dating platforms.
Without further ado, here’s the system that has yielded me 0 dick pics:
Platform
I only used paid online dating services. With the free services, most of the men would send messages consisting of the word “Hi” and nothing else. That rarely happened with the paid sites. It’s almost as if men try to get their money’s worth by putting more effort into their messages when they know they are paying to send those messages.
