I just find it interesting that most people would say we 'shouldn't' be chameleons, that that's not being authentic. I wanted to spend time thinking about 'why' people are chameleons...seems like the 'why we do things we do' gets ignored when people are telling us we 'should not do these things'.

Maybe I adapt 'too much' to fit someone, but maybe others would benefit from adopting just a little to fit others? Maybe there's a degree of adapting that actually is good for relationships?
