Oh no! Now you'll be paranoid! But not to worry: I've mostly seen this as a trend with younger women (and older women who can't figure out why they're still single). It seems to be especially rampant with online dating, where some women say they swipe left (or is it right? Not sure which one indicates rejection) if they see the height is below 6'0". If they have 100 fellas messaging them, the height thing gives them an easy (tho horrible) criteria to make a quick elimination. The general read I get is that most women 'will' date men under 6'0", but many would prefer to date men over 6'0". They tend to give men over 6'0" the coveted halo effect. They may be more willing to give a guy who is 6'0" and not super handsome more of a chance than they would a guy who is below 6'0" and not super handsome. Plus guys over 6'0" may get away with more bad behaviors than a shorter guy:) For your sake, I hope your current relationship means you never have to put up with all the dating nonsense again! But if you do, you're going to be fine at 5'10" or 5'2" because you have plenty of other amazing lures!
