So true! It's interesting to me that so many people associate exercise with plodding, boring activity. As soon as they achieve their goal, it's no surprise they stop doing the boring activity. I found it interesting that the motives one has for starting exercise is different from the motives that keep people exercising, even after they've achieved their initial goal. One of the motives for people who keep exercising after achieving their initial goal is, quite simply, they like the personality of their exercise instructors or personal trainers. I suspect people you work with keep exercising:)
