Some girls in my school did take the vocational classes. Ironically, other girls would trash talk them saying those girls were just doing it so they could be around boys. Then again, boys who took home economics classes were accused of the same thing, but couldn't it be that they really did want to learn the skill of preparing a new meal out of the previous night's leftovers? My classes are in sport studies, so about 80% of my students are usually guys. I like observing how everyone works when doing group work, how they're trying not to flirt but...they kind of are:)
