Thank you for sharing this story. It reminds us all of what we thought, as young girls, we needed to do to make boys think we were pretty. Why were we sooo sure that if we just wore enough blue eye shadow, the boys would like us?! Why did we care so much to be liked by the boys?! I can't wait til I see men who are willing to wear high heels to get a woman to find him attractive:) I'm so glad you and your sister didn't suffer from the sunlamp bulb in the long term.
